These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases of the Fully Booked Formula digital course and the Fully Booked Power Hour 1:1 coaching session, both sold by Tanya Jeskins - Nailing the basics.

By purchasing either offer, you agree to the following:

Fully Booked Formula Digital Course

- This course includes lifetime access to video content, downloadable materials, and bonus resources delivered immediately upon purchase.

- Due to the digital nature of the course and the instant access to downloadable materials, all sales are non-refundable.

- By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you waive any right to request a refund under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations relating to digital content.

- All course materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed.

Fully Booked Power Hour – 1:1 Coaching Session

- Your 60-minute Zoom coaching session includes:

- A pre-call email from Tanya to arrange a suitable time and collect information

- A 1:1 Zoom session tailored to your business needs

- Follow-up DM access for 1 day to ask any additional questions

- A personalised action plan delivered via email after the session

- Your Power Hour must be booked and completed within 2 months of purchase. After this time, the session expires and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

- Sessions that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be rescheduled.

General

- All advice and recommendations given in both the course and the 1:1 session are based on Tanya’s experience and are provided in good faith.

Results may vary depending on the individual. No income, outcome, or success is guaranteed.

- You agree to take full responsibility for your own actions, decisions, and results from using the materials and support provided.

- Tanya reserves the right to make changes to the course content, bonuses, or support methods at any time to reflect improvements and evolving best practices.

- All intellectual property (including course content, downloads, and session recordings) remains the property of Tanya and must not be copied, shared, or reused in any commercial capacity.
